A website for a plumber: call in one tap, book a 2-hour window and see a starting price
A plumber's website needs three things a customer can do from a phone, often in the middle of a leak: call straight away, book a visit and see what the job usually costs. Our live demo, Fernhollow Plumbing & Heating, does all three today, and we build a plumber's own version free from your work order in 2 to 3 business days; the website itself then costs $30 a month with everything in it.
For you, that means you can show a plumber the finished thing in five minutes and charge your own fee for setting it up and looking after it.
What a plumber asks for
- Call first. On a phone, a big Call button sits right beside Book a visit in the first screen.
- Book a 2-hour window. A booking form with what is going on and a 2-hour arrival window from the appointment calendar, in the plumber's own time zone; bookings land in the admin and by e-mail.
- "Price your job". Customers tick the jobs they need and see a starting price at once; their list is kept in their browser for when they come back.
- Prices on the page. A clear price list and a price FAQ.
- A page per kind of job, an emergency page and a service area. Each service with its own button; what to do first in an emergency, then a big call button; the towns covered, in words search engines and AI assistants can read.
- Answers at 10 PM. The site's AI concierge answers questions about prices, areas and times from the site's own facts.
- An app on customers' phones, built in: every iNterGine site installs on a phone like an app; try it on the demo.
What the customer sees, on a phone

A five-minute walk-through for the meeting: hand your phone over on the demo's home page and point at the Call button; open Prices and tick two jobs in Price your job; open Book and show the 2-hour windows (do not send it); show the emergency page; then show the demo tour. Fernhollow is a fictitious company in Boulder County, Colorado; its people, prices and promises are invented and its photos were made with the site's own picture AI: say so when you show it.
What it costs the plumber, and what you earn
We build the website free from your work order, in 2 to 3 business days. The website then costs $360 a year ($30 a month), with everything in it: online store, booking, forms, blog, members area, phone app and SEO tools. Your set-up fee and your monthly care fee come on top, and you keep all of it; iNterGine takes no cut. How to set them: how much to charge for a small business website.
Where something else may fit better
- Trades that run dispatch, quotes and invoices in field-service software should keep it; their website can link to its booking page. The demo's bookings go to the admin and by e-mail, not into that software.
- The price tool shows starting prices, not quotes. The plumber still prices each job before starting, and the demo says so.
- Owners who want to design every detail themselves may prefer Wix's editor and template library.
Need something extra that the site does not do yet? Our in-house app development team can build it.
Questions plumbers ask
Can we use our own prices, services and photos?
Yes. The work order asks for the services, prices, service area, hours and photos; the demo's company and pictures are only examples.
Where do bookings go?
Into the site's admin, and by e-mail to the address the plumber chooses.
Can we change the jobs and prices in the price tool?
Yes. We set your jobs and starting prices when we build your site. To change them later, ask your webmaster.
How long until the site is live?
We build it in 2 to 3 business days from the work order.
